AI Content Blocker Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 26, 2026

AI Content Blocker does not collect, store, transmit or sell any personal data.

What the extension stores

The extension saves your settings (hide or notify mode, which detection types are on, and your blocklist of domains) using Chrome's built-in storage. If you're signed into Chrome with sync turned on, Chrome syncs those settings across your devices through your own Google account. The developer never sees them.

What the extension reads

To find AI-generated content, the extension scans the pages you visit for AI answer boxes, AI labels and blocklisted domains. That scanning happens entirely inside your browser. No page content, browsing history or other information leaves your device.

Network activity

The extension makes no network requests and uses no analytics or tracking.
