In a nutshell: fully-managed SEO means you pay a fixed amount each month for ongoing SEO services.

Far from a quick one-time SEO service, my fully-managed monthly retainer for SEO on Squarespace websites is a deep dive into you, your business, and website. I become a caretaker of your site, just as though it were my own, cleaning up and optimizing on a consistent weekly basis. I’ll be taking care of all aspects of search engine optimization for you, so you can have the peace of mind that your site’s SEO is being maintained, leaving you with space to focus on running your company. Our goal is to get your site ranking on Google page 1 for its target keywords, placing you ahead of your competition and helping to grow your business.

→Start with a simple conversation so I can get to know you, your goals, your market, and your website as it is now.
→If we decide to work together, I’ll send over a contract and invoice for the first month. From your first payment, you have my services for the following 30 days thereafter. Your payment will be due every 30 days and this will be set up as a recurring subscription you can cancel anytime.
→ I’ll devote 4 hours each week, (recorded in a work log which you’ll have access to) to on-site SEO tasks including: identifying issues that are hindering good rankings, cleaning up the site, performing keyword research, optimizing on-page and backend settings, improving content and creating fresh content, searching for quality backlink opportunities, and more.
→ I wish I could answer this in a crystal clear way, but unfortunately this is not how SEO works. So many factors go into page rankings. Some websites will be able to reach Google page 1 for target keywords in no time while others will need to take an aggressive and consistent approach over time to ever break onto page 1. You have to take into account factors such as the age of your website, the age of your competitors' websites, the location(s) you’re targeting, the range of keywords you’re targeting, the quality of your business model, your page design, and several other factors.
The longer you can afford to invest in my monthly managed SEO services, the better, of course, but I will work with integrity and in order of importance so that even if you can only afford the service for 3 months, there is still great benefit from doing so. The benefits of SEO continue to show up over time. So you can choose 1 month, or we can work together on an ongoing indefinite basis, this is entirely up to you. I do recommend a minimum of 3 months, though, so some fundamentals can be established on the site. I want this to be a mutually beneficial relationship and a good return on investment for you.
Pricing for my SEO monthly retainer is currently $800/mo which buys 4 hours of my time each week devoted to SEO work on your site. My plan of action will be individually tailored to your website and once you reach out to discuss, I’ll be able to prioritize work for your site.
